Enrollment Questions

Click: "Enroll" at the top menu. Fill out and submit the online form. Once it is received, you will be contacted to confirm enrollment. All dealer service and parts employees with eligible job codes are automatically enrolled. No additional forms are needed.

The dealership pays a monthly fee of $100 with separate charges for most awards.

Once a dealer is enrolled, all service and parts employees with eligible job codes are automatically enrolled. To qualify for the program, each eligible participant must be "active" in the American Honda database.

Award Questions

  • 1. Log into iN
  • 2. Click on "ONLINE UNIVERSITY"
  • 3. Towards the middle bottom, click on the "The Professionals Recognition Status Report" link

You can access the criteria by clicking the "Awards" top menu and the "Details" submenu.

You should receive your monthly award about 3-4 weeks after the month your award was earned. Example: If you earn an award any time in January, you should receive your award by the 3rd or 4th week of February.

The purpose of the self-study award is to recognize an employee who completes 100% of their self-study job requirements for the first time. It is not a repetitive award. Once an employee receives this recognition level, they are encouraged to complete any additional training in order to earn their job certification award.

The DPTS entry date provides a consistent date for each employee. It is the date an employee was entered into the American Honda database and given a unique DPTS number and their first job code assignment.

Example: I have an employee who earned 35 years of tenure before the program offered tenure awards. Can I make arrangements to have an award sent anyway?

We are happy to accommodate the dealer's request. The dealer can contact us and authorize us to ship and bill for the award. The Parts or Service Manager should send an e-mail to "info@hondaprofessionals.com" with the following information:

  • Dealership Name
  • Dealership Number
  • Employee Name
  • Employee DPTS Number
  • Award requested

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an award once it has been processed. It is the dealer's responsibility to update employee DPTS records when there is a personnel change at the dealership.

For security reasons, the gift card is shipped without any value on it. The value of the card is activated 1-2 days after shipping. If your card is declined, please wait a couple of days and try again. If you still have an issue, please contact us at info@hondaprofessionals.com.

Please send your request to info@hondaprofessionals.com and we can add your order to the next monthly award shipment. The Parts or Service Manager should include the following information:

  • Dealership Name
  • Dealership Number
  • Patch Order Code* and Quantity
